hmm..seems like many couples are getting married this month...
same goes to one of my dear...

time really flies...i still can remember last year when she suddenly come n tell me "Shan...i'm getting married"...i was like..ya rite..i dun believe you lo...dun try to lie to me lo...
then she was like..real one..i'm really getting married...i was like wat?????? u serious???...she said yes...then i asked..so who's the lucky guy...hehehe...she told me her husband..n i'd expected him...and guessed wat..she actually recorded the whole process when she told me she was married...

so embarrassing lo..yer....hehehehehe...but dear...am really very very happy to hear that u'd found ur love and happiness....

i'd attended her wedding on Sunday 9th March 08..from morning till night....and yes..tat's after Malaysia's Election day...which is also the result day...hahaha....actually afraid of riots after the opposition party won so many seats...my parents who are back in hometown was like..u becareful ah...they might be having riot ah...anything must run u know..hahahahaha...i was like yes yes yes...i will..hehehe....

hehe...in the morning...seeing all the jimuis..bullying the hengdais..forcing the groom n heng dais from eating buns n bananas...to rolling frozen eggs in the pants and to kissing one another with lipsticks painted lips..hahaha..and guessed wat...the groom actually kissed mouth to mouth with his bestman...

hahahaha...u guys are really crazy...then from there they still have to grab the key from the freezing bucket using toes...hahaha...after getting the keys...the groom still have to answer many questions bout the bride...and even to write his wife's chinese name...hehehehehe....

seeing all these...really makes me think...hmm..during my wedding...how will my ji muis bully my future husband leh???..moreover..most my frens r guys...so does tat means my jimuis will be mostly guys??...hahahahahaha...

at night..attended the wedding dinner...hmm..this is the very touching part...it started with the groom singing on stage...walking past the pathway...across the 95 tables of guests..to the entrance and bring in his bride..am really so touched to see when my dear hugged her husband...really felt so happy for her...
and i can see her husband really do a lot for her...from not singing andy's song..from not knowing how to read chinese...to singing his wife's idol's canto song in front of nearly a thousand or people...salute!!...hehehe..

later in the nite..hahaha..my dear actually gave her husband a surprise..where..she hold him on stage and sang a song to him..in front of all audience..it was a surprises cos...my dear is a great singer...and when her husband n in-laws asked her to sing on stage...she refused...hehe..she rejected everyone..and had actually went to talk to the mc privately days before the wedding to arrange time for her to sing for her husband...
am really touched to see this moment..tat i almost cried..hehehe..guest wat...the groom actually cried on stage...hehehehe...dear..u r the lady....muacks !!!!!

overall the dinner went on well...everything ended happily with lots of love in the air..
hehehe...one funny thing is..i got balloons...hehehe..thanks to Unix...every table has balloons deco..n our table's was stolen..so..hehehe...Unix went n stole..not as in stole..more like took..other table's balloons for me..hehehehe...thanks..muax !!!

seeing the happy n love filled wedding day...really makes me wonder...how will my wedding day be??...well..girls always fantasize about their wedding and girls always have their dream wedding rite..hehehehe...
hmm..will my wedding day turn out to be the one i wanted it to be???...will it be the one i'd dreamt it will be???...hehehehehehe....i guess i will only know it when the time comes...
but something in me had never changed..which is...i'm always so happy to see ppl getting married..why???..cos it satisfies me to be able to share our happiness n wishes n moments with them during this very special occassion...hehehehehe...

may all the couples live happily ever after together...and to my dear...may love surrounds u n ur hubby forever n ever....muax muax muax !!!!

talking back bout marriage...i'd come across this quote before..."you don't marry someone you can live with. you marry the person who you cannot live without"...pretty meaningful rite...we always seek love in the right person we want to live with...but the best thing and wat we should do is...to seek love in the person we cannot live without...well..maybe tat's what the true love really is..i guess...

.: Mystical Egypt....part II :.

phew~...after so long only got time to write about part II..hahaha..seems like writing a book now..kekekekekeke....so where was i..ya the train...spending 13 hours on the train from Cairo to Aswan...for wat??...such long journey..well..to board the Nile river cruise lo...cos it's parked at Aswan ma..and also to the 3rd largest dam on the world is located there as well lo...

well...the weather here..more like the sky here is really great lo.. why.. cos u always get to see clear blue sky... which is so beautiful.. moreover.. i love blue.. hahahaha...

ok...after leaving the train station...we move on to the cruise..we stayed in the cruise for 3 nights...at first from the itenirary..we were afraid we'll be bored on board...worrying bout the food on board...this n that..so we brought so many food...and instant noodles...hahaha...but in overall..the cruise was great..had great experience on the cruise lo...and some pretty interesting once in a life-time experience lo...

and guess wat...it's not only 1 cruise parked there..it's like around 30-50 cruises parked along that stretch...wow..so many...and they are parked like 4-5 cruises in a row...wow...really good parking skills lo...

after boarding the cruise and check in the cruise hotel...we went on sailing on the felucca on the Nile river...enjoying the sunset...it's really romantic lo...then they have small kids rowing mini boats...moving from one felucca to another to sing song for the guests...and..dun forget to give the kids tips lo..cos if not they'll jus cling on to the felucca...pretty dangerous ah...

after the felucca..we went on riding the horse carriage..also enjoying the sunset...how romantically..but too bad..i was in the carriage with my brother..cos he'd become my partner throughout the whole egyptian trip..why??..to keep away from men lo..then we went shopping at the bazaar nearby..and here again..scary scary...men come propose to my mom to marry her daughters...but...at least one good thing did happened...i bought this bellydance belt..the shopkeeper din wanna to give discount...until me non-stop bug..he finally give up and gave me discount after me smile at him...hehehe..yay!!! he even tell my mom's fren.."i only give the lady here this price..not because to sell the belt is because of her smile and beautiful face"... wah..i'm so happy... hahahahahahahaha......

then then then...in the bazaar.. i saw something... mini watermelon... smaller than my hand (palm)...really mini one...but i din buy n eat..cos it's pretty dusty..and i dun dare to eat lo..heee.....

after tat..we went back on the cruise ..had our dinner and...something happened to our room..wat was it??..haha..we had towel decorations on our bed...thanks to our brilliant housekeepers..hahahaha...we have to sleep early tonight..cos our morning call is at 2.30am and the bus is leaving at 3.30am...

why wake up so early...cos we are going to this temple called the Abu Simbel Temple...which is located very far from the place our cruise parked...so we have to wake up at 2.30am..meet at the lobby at 3.15am..collect our breakfast box...plus me bring my pillow from the hotel room...hahaha....and board the bus by 3.30am...then our bus will meet all the other buses and militaries escorts...and we departed at 4.00am...imagine...about 100 buses n coaches leave together for the 3 hours journey..and with military escort...wow...why??...cos the whole journey to the temple...is like..deserted..isolated..nothing at all..but jus land and moonlight..wow..and it's pretty dangerous to jus go alone in one bus...cos if anything happens...no one is there to help ad...wow... !!!...hehehe...and i saw sunrise ah..very beautiful lo..hehehehhe....

and wat's Abu Simbel..hahahaha...it's the temple built by King Ramses the II..and next to his personal temple..he built one for his beloved queen (wife)....Queen Nefertari..it is said tat Queen Nefertari is the only Queen in the ancient Egypt who had s temple built for her to do prayers...and in the ancient Egypt times...Nefer refers to beautiful..thus every beautiful queen's name also comes with the word Nefer... hehehe.. and... after tat visitation...new names pop up in my family..cos we have...Nefer-MaMa...Nefer ChiaChia..Nefer ShanShan and Nefer YeeYee...hehehehehe....

after waking up so early...we also went back to our cruise hotel.. and...had our 'official' breakfast...and off to bed to oin oin ad lo..hahahahahaha...

the whole day went on pretty relaxing...sailing along the nile river..seems so peaceful..then we relaxed on the sundeck..had out teatime there...where coffee, tea and some cookies and cakes were served..then till after dinner..we visit the next temple...night visitation..it's the Kom Ombo Temple...it's a double temple..consist of 2 sides..both sides are the symmetrical along the main axis..and each side is dedicated to 2 different gods..one side is dedicated to the Crocodile God Sobek..represented the evil and the other side is dedicated to the Falcon God Horus..representing the good...and at the temple..u get to see a few mummies of crocodile one lo...there's a very long long long story behind this temple..cant afford to tell the story here...so "for more details..please search thru the internet..they have it in wikipedia as well"...hahahahaha...

everything went on so peacefully...until....around 1.30am..when everyone is back to their room...sleeping...i suddenly hear ppl...scolding..more like arguing..outside my window..i was waken by them arguing..thus went to have a look at the window...i saw the next cruise trying to park next to our cruise..so i thought it's jus some sort of ordering here n there...cos they speak in arabian..n i dun understand wat they said...so..i jus go to the w/c...and in the w/c...i suddenly felt a strong 'bang' and i almost lost my balance...me hurried out to look at the window again...

guess wat..i heard the siren horning..and the cruise which was parked beside a few minutes ago..is already far far away...like running away from us..i thought it was the siren of that cruise..then it cannot be...cos the siren in getting louder..but the cruise is getting further...thus i hurried to the door n open it..to my surprise..a very strong burnt smell n smoke is all along the corridor...then my fren opened her door..i asked her wat's wrong..she say dunno..then i saw the foreigner opposite my room packing their stuffs and mumbling 'fire fire'...

i hurried to my bro n parents room...knocked so hard on their door...hurrying them to open the door...my bro opened the door n said. "wat...i m sleeping..wat happened".. then i said something happened ..my dad opened the door n scolded me "nothing happened la...dun disturb la..ppl jus parking the cruise la..go back to sleep..stop disturbing!"...i shouted to my mom...saying something is wrong.. something happened.. cos ppl are packing their stuffs n leaving...the corridor and the captain's room nex to my room is filled with smoke...my mom then hurried to the window...and saw the fire brigade spraying water...n my mom then shout "fire fire fire!!!"...we were like wat??..i hurried to wake my sis up n said fire...we packed our stuffs...locked our bags and luggages..changed to thicker clothing as it's freezing outside..take our valuables..lock our room door and run for our life...off the cruise...my dad even left his room key in the room cos of too hurry...

when we are off the cruise..we found out that the disco bar which is jus right above our room is on fire...omg..wat an experience..first time in my life lo..i have to run for life cos of fire...scary scary scary lo...

after the fire was put off...the cruise captain...n managers...ask us to go back to the cruise..all of us went back to rest..however there are a few guests who refused to go back...back in my room..my sis slept soundly after tat...and for me..though very tired cos last nite wake up at 2.30am then today at 1.30am...very tired cos not enough sleep...but i dun dare to sleep...cos really scared...i prayed to god and my granny and sleep with tears..cos am realy scared and worried...the next day..we have to wake up early again...at 6am..to go to this temple..the Edfu Temple..wow...am really tired lo..not enough sleep lo...on the way to the temple...saw sunrise again..in this trip..really saw a lot of sunrise n sunset lo...but very tiring lo..2 nights din really sleep ad....plus one night terrified....

we woke up pretty early in the morning again...cos got to go to the Edfu Temple..it is the Temple of Horus...and wat's Horus..it's the God of Falcon..hmm..actually the story behind this temple is related to the Kom Ombo temple tat we'd visited previously..hehe..very long story...so if wanna know have to to check in the net ya..erm..they have it in Wikipedia...kekekeke but in brief...from wat i remembered from my tour guide...it's said that the Edfu Temple used to belong to the God Sobek..the crocodile god..who represent the evil..and god Sobek had killed God Horus' dad..thus God Horus (representing the good)went to seek God Sobek for revenge..God Horus won the battle at Edfu and thus God Sobek's Edfu temple had became God Horus'...and back to the Kom Ombo Temple...that is belongs to the God Sobek..but as God Sobek represents the evil..so local will not go to the temple n pray...thus the ancient egyptians then..had invited God Horus too become the god of the temple as well..to balance of the evil and good of the temple..and tat's why in the Kom Ombo Temple..it's dedicated to 2 different gods...and why God Horus did not take revenge on God Sobek in that temple..cos he was invited there..thus he did not take revenge...

then after breakfast...i told mom tat i din really sleep cos too scared till i even cried..my mom told me.."why worry...anything..there's mama here to protect you...i am here..anything happened i am here ma...last nite i saw the fire engine left ad then only i move on the the bed..dun worry ad ok..."...after hearing all these from my mom..really feel like crying...felt so touched lo...thank u mama....

today...for the whole day...our topic of conversation is just about the fire...how scary lo... tonight... we were terrified again... by our housekeeper... why??..hahaha..they are really good in deco..so wat they did is..they...made a human out of towels wearing our clothing..hanging from the ceiling of our room...so once we open our room door...we saw a person hanging from the ceiling...all of us screamed lo..hahahah...then the housekeeper was there laughing at us...hahahaha...how embarassing lo...hehehehehe...

we sleep pretty late also..why??..cos our cruise will be crossing the dam tonight...but we dunno wat time....and while crossing the dam...it is the time we see the captain's sailing skills...wow...this is also the first time in my life..imagine..the pathway so small that our cruise have to squeeze in with only about 1-2feet of space to manoeuvre...wow...i really salute to the captain...and the best part is..there's no banging of the cruise to the side walls of the pathway...wow wow wow lo....

the next morning..we'd arrived at Luxor...and went to the Valley of the Kings...where about 60-70 pharoahs were buried here in this valley..so here..we went visiting the pharoahs tombs lo...walking up n down the stairs into the tombs lo..inside the tomb can get lack of oxygen...cos...very stuffy n crowded and there's no vandilation ah..here..even the famous egyptian pharoah..King Tutahnkamun is also buried here..all these tombs are below the ground and the entrance are not be found until the archeologist come digging it slowly...and..it's said that..these tombs were dug by the prisoners during the ancient times...and after completion...these prisoners are executed as they dun not want anyone know where is the exact location of the tomb...why??..cos the pharoahs were buried in the tombs together with all their treasures and precious things durng their heir...so..imagine if someone finds the tombs..how rich can they be... hmmm...so how did ppl know bout this place???...hehe..well...there was this story that there was once these 2 brothers...both farmers..walking by and coincidently found one tomb...n found all the treasures in it..as they were very poor...so these treasures will make them lot money...the brothers had an agreement to keep this place a secret..they'll sell those treasure pieces when both need money and with both agree with it...however..one day..one of the brother went n sell some of the treasures to make money for himself without letting the other brother know...so when tat bro found out..he reported this place to the authorities tat time..let's say the police..thus since then...the authorities had sealed the place..and start work to search for all the tombs...so because of greed..both brothers have no more money to earn from selling the treasures..hmm..wat a waste...hehehehehe...at least they'd learnt their lesson..hahahaha...

in the afternoon...we proceed to the Karnak Temple...wow...this is a very gigantic temple..with a diameter of 2km...2kilometre...in other words...from the front to the back area is 2km and from the left to the right is also 2km...wow...and this temple was built for dunno how many centuries lo..cos it's like a holy place where many ancient kings come n built their tmeple here inside...in this temple..we get to see many gigantic columns...around 40m high...huge tall walls...and many gigantic structures inside..now can u imagine how huge is the whole structure...it's like magnificeint lo...m really curious how the ancient ppl does it ah...

the Kranak Temple..it's partially destroyed...so there's no more ceiling..imagine in the ancient times...it comes with ceiling one ah...wow...magnificient lo...hehe...in the temple..all the uncles...who are from gamuda...hahaha..together with their sons..who'd studied engineering...hahaha...figuring out n discussing how did the ancient egyptians built it..while all the ladies..hehehe..busy taking photos here n there lo...kakakakakakakakakaka..now this is the difference between male n female..kekekeke...after that we went to the Luxor temple..and in this temple..u can find the Roman church and also the Arabian mosque inside...why???..it's a very sacred n holy place..thus Romans built their church here when they rule then now arabians built their mosque here as well...hehehehe...and in this temple...haha..it's like a smaller Karnak temple...with huge structures and gigantic pillars n columns as well lo..wow !!!

we check-in our hotel in the afternoon..and..in the evening..there's a New Year Countdown party in the hotel... at the grand ballroom.. and it's only for all the in house guests...hehehe..happening leh..kekekeke...

we had lots lots lots of foods...then we have a whole strech ot dessert counter...ice cream counter..fruit counter and bread counter.. wow wow wow... so many things to eat lo...hehehehe... beside foods.. the ballroom is also filled with guests from all around the world... naming.. besides westerners.. there are also Malaysian(our group)... and Japanese... hahaha.. dunno ler...jus too many to mention...hehehehehe....

tat night they have belly dancing performance and this arabian acrobatic show..this is the best one..there's this man..wearing skirt...turning and spinning..non-stop for more than half an hour lo..wow..keng lo..he din even get dizzy leh..then he went spinning all around the ballroom..saying hi to everyone...wow !!!

then we have disco also... ppl dancing all around in the ballroom.... dancing their way to a brand new year... hehehehehehehehehe....

so wat happened the next day???... of cos la pack our bags n luggages... and leaving sweet memories behind.. and get back to malaysia lo... hehehehehehe....

phew...finally..end of story lo...hehe...so so so long ler...hahaha...enjoy reading lo..if got typo error...sorry ah...pai seh pai seh...cos too long ad..no time to check ah...kekekekekeke...

many asked where was i during Xmas n New Year..missing in action??...hehe..no ler..was in Egypt..with family and family frens...for like 10 days...from 24.Dec.2007 till 02.Jan.2008...hehe...

so...how to describe the trip leh..haha...i shall say...like wat chinese say..喜怒哀乐(mandarin: xi nu ai le..cantonese: hei nou oi lok)..all in..and plus one more..怕(scared)...hehe...ok..here the mystical egypt goes...keke...this will be a pretty long one lo...

we took Qatar airways to Egypt..flight transit via Doha...in KLIA...haha..malu malu thing happened...we have to go thru scanning before going on board...and they scanned a pair of scissors in my hand luggage..one weird thing is..even after emptied my luggage the scissors is still there..and guess where's the scissors..it's hidden beneath the bottom layer of my luggage..how it ended there...haha..my dad left it there when he repair the luggage..i was like..wat de!!!! how unlucky...imagine after searching for like 20 mins only can find the scissors...phew...!!!

on board..guessed wat i saw in the plane...rich rich rich ppl...there was this boy..young boy sitting beside me across the aisle..fully dressed in Burberry from head to toes..as from hat to shoes...wow...then another kid..dragging his LV sling bag on the floor..LV as in Louis Vuitton...while we here treat our LV bag as precious here..he..jus dragging it on the floor while walking..wow...and his sis..much younger..guess only around 5-6 years old..with Dior and Chanel earings n accessories..i was like..wat????? these are wat u call superb rich ppl...hehehe...

then upon arriving at Doha airport...haha..was separated from my parents..and...worst thing happened...we did not have Doha dollar...and we did get the US dollars from daddy...all we have are M'sian Ringgit and England Pounds..but they dun accept these 2 currencies..and our transit is 4 hours..cham...poor poor poor 4 of us..wanna eat and it's not we dun have money but it's no currency..and they dun accept credit card..wat???...haha...so ended up...borrowing money from our tour leader..malu case ler...hahahaha...so malu ah...then when meet with parents ma return money to the tour leader lo..

more things happened...1/2 hour before the boarding time for our plane...the staff at the airport started shouting n chasing us to baord the plane..but my dad is still in the lounge..and my mom's boarding pass is with my dad...how???..the ppl there was like scolding me n my mom...she was like "mdm..u must board the plane now..if i close the gate i sure wont open for u...faster go into the plane"..she din even wat to hear any explanation n keep shouting to my mom..till me also cannot tahan...we pay the tix n u shout at my mom...so i also shout back at her..i was like "my dad is till in the GOLDEN CLUB Lounge and he is having my mom's boarding pass..if u wan us to go in...call ur ppl in the lounge to inform my dad..dun jus shout there!!"...haha..unbelievable...i actually shouted at her..wat to do cos she shout at my mom ma..hahahaha....

then hor..haha..this is the best part of the egypt airport...believe it..my parents in business class ad had their passports stamped by the immigration on board...so when they reached the airport..they dun have to go thru the immigration and jus walk thru straight...keng leh...how efficient ah...hehehe...

upon arrival there at Cairo..wow...messy messy messy airport...with lots lots lots ppl...and all men..wow...scary ler..

before arriving at egypt..i thought it's a beautiful country or at least developed in certain ways..but...in reality...no...it's not...it's very undeveloped...Cairo is messy...dirty...dusty...and scary...cos u'll see police n military carrying machine guns walking on streets...and right outside our hotel..there are a few police with machine guns..then in the hotel..we have to go thru scanning also...then there are no security in the hotel..only police with machine guns..wow...like been to a terrorist country like tat...scary loo...very scary ah..

the next day...went to the Pyramids..wow...we always thought pyramids is in the desert...but then hor..no lo..these pyramid is in the city of Giza..it's only 10 mins away from my hotel...and we pass by the pyramids so many times...all these while pyramids are like so magnificient to me..and now..i'm jus staying around the pyramids..and for 3 nites...wow...the pyramids are jus so gigantic..so huge man...cannot believe it lo..then we went into one of the pyramids..haha..the journey is so tiring lo..and the chamber we went in is not even the real one..it's a false one which the king built to mislead the thieves..and until now..the archeologist still have finish exploring the pyramid...

so..why is the journey tiring...cos...we have to walk down the stairs for 30m then a pathway of 10m and climb up 20m stairs to reach the tomb..sound easy huh...but..wat if the space of the walkway of the stairs is only 1m x 1m..meaning 1m height and 1m width??...meaning..squating while walking on the stairs...tiring leh...and for my family..all tall ppl..lagi susah..phew...~~~~

after that..went to the sphinx..hehe..my mom thought the sphinx n the pyramid are together in 1 piece like sunway pyramid..keke..until here only she know it's not..haha...cute ler my mummy...kekeke....here at the sphinx..there's this temple where they do the mummification process...eeww...it's a very cruel n disgusting process...why??..cos after the king is dead..he'll go thru mummification process..wat they do??...1st they remove the brain using 2 gigantic hooks thru the nostril...eewww...then they cut the side of the body to remove all the internal organs...more like everything inside except for the heart...ahhhh....then they rub salt all over the body n leave it to dry to absorb all the water from the body..until then only wrap into mummy...scary lo....make me no appetite to eat now ad...

then we also went to the museum...where we see the real coffins n tombs n treasure of the ancient egyptian king..like the treasures of King TutanKhamun..even his mummification beds...then the whole group of my tour went into this chamber of real n original mummies..except for me..i dun dare to go in..scared ah...later cannot sleep at nite how??...hehehehe....

besides Cairo..also went to Alexanderia...a city which Alexander The Great from the Greece built when he ruled Egypt..keng leh...hehe...

and then hor..in Egypt..there's no shopping complex there..so where we go shopping..at the bazaar...and wat we see most there..all the salesppl there are men..no ladies at all..the scariest thing..they drag u when persuading u to buy their stuffs...no matter u wan it or not..and the scariest things that happened to me is..they proposed to me..they asked me to married them..i was so shocked n hide behind my mom..then they ask my mom to marry me to them..i was like wat????...and not only one lo..is many of them...so how..ended up..i have to walk tih my bro holding his hands..and telling them he is my husband..haha..my bro there..so proud walking with me...why??..cos many ppl say he's a lucky man..we were like..hahahaha...ya ya ya...kekeke...

and while bargaining...lagi weird..they was like u wan more discount..ok..show me a beautiful smile..then after smile they was like..ok..mdm..i give u more discount cos u got 3 beautiful daughter with great smile..ok..and one guy was crazy...he was like u wan discount??..give me a Chinese kiss then i give..i was like..no no no..u so rude..how can u ???...but in the end he still give me discount la..hehe..so wat i bought most there..hehe..shawls and belly dance belts lo...hehe...why..cos really cheap ma..kekeke...

ya ya..we went to this perfume factory..and guess wat...they produce perfumes from flower n fruit into oil essence perfumes..and the smell..haha..same with the brands...like Davidoff CoolWater..CK Eternity...Dior Jadore..Issey Miyake..etc etc etc..wow..exactly same smell lo..keng la they all..very keng lo...

.:the porter at the train station..so strong..carry so many luggages at once..but this is not the old man ler:.

then ah...we board the train in Cairo...to go to Aswan...the train station ah..wow..the porter there are so strong lo..very strong..and they are pretty old ad one lo..and then hor..aiyoyo..the train station very messy one lo..and the announcement are all in Arabian language lo..i think ah..without our tour guide there..also dunno to board which train ah...then hor very messy n scary one lo..

we had one nite stay in the train la..outside..the train look very dirty..but inside..it's ok..one carriage have 10 rooms..and our group take up one whole carriage...hehe...so we had dinner n breakfst in the train...jus tat..not bathroom to take bath lo..so dirty lo..yerr....the train journet is around 13 hours..long leh..haha...in the morning after wake up..nothing to do there...so we got ppl playing cards lo..aunties chit chatting n doing yoga..kekeke..keng leh..hahahaha...

hehe..long leh..and this is only the 1st part...when free again only continue lo..enjoy reading ah...keke...

hehe..am back from Egypt..finally!...
many frens was wondering where had i been??..had been missing for Chirstmas and New Year...keke..and here am i...back!...

second...haha...it's wat most lads say most of the time.. "go on diet!!!...keep fit!!...reduce weight!!!"...sama-sama...me too..hahaha...

thirdly...of cos is everyone to be healthy and happy all the time..though i do not have the special powert to make a person stay healthy forever..but me do hope..this *sun*shan here can help to bring a smiles and happy faces in everyone's face..and hope tat everyone would be happy always.. :)

talking bout the past..well..the past is the past...it's over...nothing can be done to he past ad...2008 will be part of my future...thus i will have to let go my past...keep it as memories in my heart..and hopefully...create better memories in year 2008 for myself to keep...heee...so wish me luck!...

lastly...wanna thank those who were always there for me in year 2007...especially during my down moments...thanks for being there for me always...u all know who u are..especially my dear...thanks...and also..thanks for those who had pampered me..care for me..sayang me..and concerned so much bout me..when i needed someone by my side..thanks for treating me so well..thank u...all these will be my well-kept memories of year 2007..

it's almost a week now since i'm back from the Taiwan Trip...me went to Taipei, Taiwan for company trip last week 7.Nov.2007 - 12.Nov.2007...was there for 6 days...and it just seems not enough...hmm...it is me or wat...seems like the trips i'd been to these few months jus dun have enough time...had been travelling all round since June till now...and will be travelling again next month..haha...had been on the plane for many times within these few months...

well..Taipei was a great place...a real great one...and very good place for shopping...until now when i'm back..regret many things.. :( sad sad sad...am really regret after this trip..thus..Sunnie tells herself..she'll definitely go back to Taipei someday..tat's for sure..to buy the things she din get to buy this time....heee...
and besides shopping...Taipei is also great place for food...the food that is jus so yummy...Oi-Shii-des! ! !...so..Sunnie come back from Taipei bacome fat fat ad...hmm..have to go on massive diet ad...gan-ba-teh!!!

on the first day there in Taipei..at the airport...saw this poster i like a lot..which i should have shoot it??..but i didn't...haih...one small 1st regret ad...after checking in the hotel in the evening...we went to "Ah Chung Mian Xian" at Xi Men Ding..and it's delicious oh..after that we went to Shi Lin Nigh Market..went shopping there...but not in a good mood to shop cos..it's rainning season there and it's rainning tat nite...but i still bought some stuffs...and experienced something new there...which is to stand aside and avoid the carts..cos the police are here to shoo~ and catch them...din know wat was it the first time till my uncle told me..then i was like..oh..okok...so when we saw one cart moving..we'll automatically stand into the shops to avoid them..haha...

ya...me bought this belt..and when i wanted to buy a second one...haha..the auntie is moving her cart and walking away...and thus...not able to buy the second piece ad...and here's my second regret...but seriously..it's super cheap ah the things there...really super cheap...after walking the night market..went to the food court nearby and we ate this thing called the "Guan Chai Ban"..direct translation into English is The Coffin...sounds interesting huh...it's actually bread with a variety of filling and it's delicious..then....hahaha...my colleagues went n try the fermented to-fu..i did not dare to eat..my uncle tried and he said it taste horrible..hahahaha....lucky me din try..keke...

and here comes the interesting and best nex day...we went to Taiwan's tallest building...i shall say skyscrapper...which is the Taipei 101...and guessed wat...i saw Vanness Wu of F4 and Alan Kuo shooting outside at the entrance..i din noticed them until my uncle came to me n say..."Shan..u see..isn't that one of the members of F4?...hurry come and see"...and when i saw..i was like.."yayayaya..it's Vanness!!!"...thus me n my colleagues jus took a few snapshots of him...as he's shooting..thus we can't go n take picture with him...

after snapping Vanness & Alan we proceed inside...and my uncle who is walking in front...came running to me who is at the back...and say.. "Shan...u faster come in front n see...it's ZaiZai...ur idol..he's sleeping on the couch..faster come n see"...at first thought..cannot be so coincident rite...jus saw Vanness outside and now ZaiZai (Vic Zhou) is inside??..and my uncle's expression looks fake.,then he dragged me and pointed to me..i was like..OMG OMG OMG...it's ZaiZai..it's really him..sleeping there on the couch at Starbucks!!!...i actually wanted to take a few snap shots of him sleeping...but after second thought...he also need privacy and time to rest..and it's not good to snap ppl while they are sleeping..no respect...thus...din take pic n went down to the food court to eat ad..

after walking all around the food court...also undecided wat to eat..thus when i decided to go get a cup of starbuck's choco cream chip..my uncle came to me n say..eh..ZaiZai wake up ad...faster go up n take pic with him...seriously..i was a bit scared to ask him to take pic..cos scared his assistant will come scolding or watever...2 of my colleagues went up together..and 3 of us also din dare to go n ask..thus..have to ask my uncle to come...

hee....thanks to my uncle..he went n ask ZaiZai whether can we take pict with him telling him that we are from Malaysia..without second thought ZaiZai said yes..and his assistant came running to us say NO...she looks very fierce ah...but ZaiZai said nvm n insisted to take pics with us..he's such a nice n friendly person..never thought he'll be so nice n friendly...we had 2 shots with him...and we jus left...before we left..he asked "From Malaysia?"..we were like "Yes!"...

thinking back...my colleagues said that should actually let me have n invidual shot with him as i'm his fans...and after thinking back..ya..should...i should had requested to take pic with him individually...and i should have take more picts with him..should have chatted n talked to him...thinking back..i also dunno why..maybe jus too happy to see him till dunno how to respond ad..so now come back also regret.. :( ..here goes my 3rd regret.. :(

after lunch at Taipei 101...we went to this place called Wu Fen Pu...which sells lots of fashion clothings..for guys..girls..kids as well...seriously...there are jus too many shops here...really just too many till i also dunno which to see...the clothings there can go as low as until RM10.00 each...and after walking...me came across this black sweater which i liked a lot...it cost about RM110.00...me find it a bit expensive at first...thus din buy..and was thinking...maybe i can get it somewhr else at a cheaper price...and during the entire trip...cannot even find any sweater that come close to that one i saw...and after thinking back..it was not tat expensive after all...but i din get to buy it...this is my 4th regret.. :(

the next day...we had a day city tour around Taipei...wow..went to many places this day...and saw many things as well..one of my regret came in here..my 5th one..not tat a serious one..but a small one..which is did not take picts with the off-duty soldiers..hahaha...well...we ended our day at DanShui...and at the Fisherman's Warf...i also had my camera blown into the sea..cos the wind there is superb-ly strong..hahaha...lucky me...kekekeke....

after spending a few days with company collagues...finally get to meet up my Taiwanese frens..Noemi and ChiaoNing...wow...they brought me to many nice, beautiful and interesting places...ate lots of very nice food there..really nice and delicious food in real great environment and embience cafes and restaurants...even had my nails done...did manicure and nail art there..and it's cheap..real cheap...and here come my 6th regret...which is..i saw this set of cups..which i wanted to buy for my mom..but i dunno why i din buy in the end..thus super regret now..wat's so special bout the cup..well..it have dual purpose...it can be use a a cup..and once flipped over to the other side can be used as tea cup...hmm...now regret lo cos din buy...and my 7th regret come today also..which is din get to buy enough stationeries...though it's a bit expensive..but still it's very nice... :(

and on this nite..we had dinner at this very special restaurant in a high class motel in Taipei..should really thanks Ian for bringing us there..and for paying the bill...hehehehe....

during my last day at Taipei...my frens brought me to lots of places...3 of us girls..drove around Taipei..we went to this art museum by the mountain...with many interesting displays...after tat we went to have lunch by the beach...wow...all the restaurants n cafes here are jus so nice..the food also nice..we were like hopping from one cafe to another to have a look inside...wow...the deco n layout in the cafe is jus so nice...and each of it has it own theme n concept...and it's by the beach!...so much like my dream cafe..the one i'd always wanted to own...and guess wat..the beach sand is black in colour..not exactly black..but dark colour..hehe..me took a bottle back..and the sand looks beautiful...should thanks Noemi and ChiaNing for bringing me there...thanks alot ! ! !

after lunch..we went to BeiTou...the hot-spring village...hehe...we sat by the river and soaked out leg into the hot-spring river...how comfortable..haha...this is my first time soaking leg in a hot-spring river..hehe...feeling so local...after tat...we went dinner at this very local Taiwanese restaurant..at first wanted to have cheese fondue for dinner...but the restaurant closed down ad..thus we went to have local Taiwanese dish dinner...nice food..great taste..and indeed very local...after dinner...frens brought me to buy mochi...freshly made by this bakery...i wanted to buy a lot..but then...can't keep for long..cos the expiry date is like 2-3 days...so i only buy a bit..and here come my 8th regret ler..those mochi taste so good...really very super nice..and should had bought more back for daddy n mummy to eat...and for grandpa n grandma also... :(Hmm...had a real local last day at Taipei...and thanks to my frens for bringing me to those place...cos i believe if i visiting there as a tourist..i will not be able to visit such places...thanks a lot...

and tat's the end of my Taipei trip ler..hee...here n there during the trip..met few funny ppl...like at Wu Fen Pu..at the beach...at California Fitness in XiMenDing..anyhow..thanks u guys for giving me such good comments n compliments..hehehe... Hmm..seems like i have a pretty regret-ful trip huh...haih...no good no good no good...why is it me always like this???..no good at all..come back n regret.. :(

okler..wanna go to bed now...had a tired day...travelled back hometown to visit my grandparents...wish they will be fine and be healthy always...

wow...i did wrote a superb-ly long blog tonight..hahaha...hope it did not bored anyone..keke...

Lesson of the day: Just buy anything you like while travelling...and be brave to ask and take pictures...so that you will not regret in the future...cos you dunno when will be the next time you visit there again....
