Sunday had come...and our family day is here...and tat means....
it's another Japanese cuisine again..
hehe...my family jus love Japanese food...aren't we...kekeke...
today...we went back to Yuzu Japanese Restaurant at the Gardens....for our lunch...cos..we went to the Gardens for shopping...
moreover...it's the sales carnival !!!

today...the restaurant manager...once again introduce us all very nice n delicious food...today..his recommendation is the imported Tai Fish...and Yuzu had only ordered one...and..yes..we ate their one and only Tai Fish for the week....with this Tai Fish...the manager had suggested to make it into a 6 meal course...and we all ate the fish thoroughly from head to tail to the bone...we had the entire fish eaten in grilled...raw...steamed...boiled...so how??...the centre flesh was made into sashimi, salad, and boiled with the soup...then the side flesh is grilled~shioyaki..its bones are fried to crisp...last the head is steamed...wow...

hehe...and as usua...had taken many the shots of the food we ate...
